This two-day class will help you become a critical thinker who discovers unique solutions to problems. NEPIRC’s Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Camp will help participates better understand and solve business issues while learning several problem solving techniques that can be used every day. Through exercises and conversations with classmates, attendees will learn how to overcome business challenges. Graduates will be able to use “system thinking” to design policies that lead to higher performance in their organizations. Prior to its start, NEPIRC’s class instructor will meet one-on-one with each registrant to form a better understanding of his or her unique business challenges and goals. The takeaways from each discussion will be used to create the exercises that will be done to ensure this class specifically addresses the issues each participant is facing. As a result, attendees will have the opportunity to also learn from other organizations while improving their own. This course is eligible for WEDnetPA funding.
