Mindfull Madness is a CrossFit competition presented by Burn the Ships CrossFit to support and raise funds for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. It is a 3-person, same sex competition with Rx, Scaled, and Masters divisions. The competition will take place on April 15, 2023 at Burn the Ships CrossFit, 74 Fowler St., Port Jervis NY.
