Weidner Apartment Homes is now hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to work at one of our properties in Anchorage! If you have experience working in building maintenance, enjoy helping others and are looking to work for a company with strong stability look no further we have the job for you! The Maintenance Technicians are responsible for answering service requests, getting apartments ready for occupancy, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed. To qualify you must have 2 years of building maintenance experience, strong verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a vehicle.
