Need contractor for 60' fence for garbage container enclosure

I need a privacy fence built to separate my property from my neighbor of about 40' long. The fence will also act as space for garbage bin enclosure, about 12'x7'. Will have a door that opens and closes to allow for the Container to be picked up by the garbage truck. There will also be a need to patch the concrete slab on which the container will sit. Looking a contractor that is registered with the city of Waukegan and that will pull his own permit for this job. I am willing to pay for "labor only" price and supply the materials from Home Depot or Menards. Please contact me for more details.
