Anyone else out there having problems with a guy claiming to be "Cesar Garcia's Tree Service / Demo" ? Is he putting flyers on your property even though you've got 'no trespassing' or 'no soliciting' signs up? If so, I've got the guys' address, if you want it! Took some research, but I was able to find it.
