Am seeking an up and coming lawyer that is in it to truly help poor mistreated folks. My father is trying to evict my two siblings and myself from the family home. Claims at will tenancy since rent wasn’t paid but we paid the utilities and property taxes as he wanted. My mother passed away eight years ago and it was her wish that the family home remain in the family for her children and grandchildren. Looks to be a losing case but I’m sure a bright lawyer can work Perry Mason, Matlock and Saul Goodman/Kim Wesler magic to turn the tables of Justice for the moral law of the wishes of our mother and the fact that we have no where to go and are physically/mentally disabled. Please be willing to help low income folks who are being cheated out of our inheritance by our greedy father who remarried a money hungry woman that only cares about herself and her family.
