Hello potential band mates, I recently moved to San Antonio from Portland and I am looking start my band back up. I am currently looking for a drummer and a bass player to form a 3-piece band. I play several instruments myself and sing. The genre of music I am looking to create is avant-garde, indie pop with a touch of pop punk. I already have several songs that I have written to select from for our live shows too. Some of my favorite current and previous musical influences are Beach House, Beach Bunny, Aldous Harding, The White Stripes, Fiona Apple, Of Montreal, Interpol, Baxter Dury, Metronomy, Mitski, Air, Best Coast, Black Marble, Blonde Redhead, Fever Ray, Grimes, Homeshake, The Velvet Underground, The Pixies, The Smiths, My Bloody Valentine, Radiohead, The Dresden Dolls, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Weyes Blood, Crumb, Thee Oh Sees, The Ravonettes. I can travel and host practice sessions at my house. All I ask is that you are reliable, passionate and have transportation.
