Acrylic Bath Installer Luxury Bath of Fargo opened in 2010 & Aging In Place Remodeling has been in business since 2019. Luxury Bath of Fargo offers acrylic remodeling solutions for the tub and shower area, specializing in accessibility. We also offer the remodeling in the rest of the bathroom. Aging In Place Remodeling helps make the rest of the house accessible, from ramps, stairlifts and grab bars throughout the house to helping get homeowner’s washer and dryer to a main floor. Luxury Bath of Fargo and Aging in Place Remodeling offers updates with the future in mind. The Installer will provide exceptional customer service, manage tub and shower remodel from start to finish. Truck and tools provided. Maintain 100% customer service. Training provided. Our ideal candidate has a desire to be part of a close-knit hard-working family. They should possess outstanding communication skills, true multi-tasking experience and a willingness to learn all aspects of our business. Our most successful teammates in this position have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. The best fit will have experience in carpentry or general remodeling. Specific Responsibilities: Review job with supervisor prior to installation Install tub or shower – 2-3 installs per week Other miscellaneous services or repairs at homes Keep truck clean and stocked with miscellaneous tools and materials Assist with unpacking pallets with job materials Review job with homeowner Supervise plumbers and electricians at job site Complete end of job paperwork & take pictures Job Requirements: Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Operate hand tools Can lift 50-75 pounds Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Flexible to stay overnight at out-of-town jobs Compensation: · Salaried Position - $40,000 to $48,000 per year · Year round, inside work · Normal hours would be 7:30a-4:30p with one hour lunch · $30/mo cell phone reimbursement · Paid Training · Vehicle & tools provided · Hotel & meals covered while traveling Benefits: · Health Insurance · Paid Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and day after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day) · Paid Days off (vacation and sick time) We are looking for someone who is: · Respectful · Self-motivated · Good at problem solving · Detail Oriented · Hard Working · Willing to learn We are a company that values integrity and kindness, spreading joy, treating people right and always learning.
