The rain let up this afternoon in Salem and the new statue of Governor Neil Goldschmidt was unveiled in front of the State Capitol building. The Statue depicts the beloved governor and several of his young lovers. NEIL Goldschmidt is the father of democratic socialism and light rail in Oregon. TINA Kotek praised the ex governor as visionary and the savior of Oregon's children.
