I’ve become fond of a stray that’s recently began to hang around my house. He has a bit of a cough that I’m worried about and I’d like to take it to see a vet. I don’t have much extra funds and I’m curious if there are any places or resources locally in Eugene-Springfield where I can take him to get checked out. Thank you
