Hello and thanks for looking. We have 2 areas in our home that need to have a floating floor (that locks together with a special tool that we already own. 1 room is 12x10, and the other is 7x7. Very simple cuts and we already have all the flooring at the house. We will do the threshold if you do the flooring.
