In my small town of prescott wi there is a Meth Dealer named John paul lubich who prays on younger high school and also middle school kids. He lures them in with party activies. Providing them with hype needles to get a stronger high gripping them tighter in addiction. Wisconsin Probation and parole along with Wisconsin department of correction. Decided to let him out on ankle monitoring. So he could ruin these young lives and the community around us. I only wish that something would be done to stop all this bad that is happening around us
