Tindall Corporation General laborer FULL-TIME $16/hr 2222 West Malone Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78225 Potential for wage increase based on experience! Summary of Primary Functions: Cuts strand, and assists with the process of pouring concrete in bed as necessary for the production of a concrete member. Assists with housekeeping and other plant tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Receiving instructions, rolls torches, steel and tool buggies to bed and unloads. - Laying out rebar, plates, loops, channel and insulations, etc. - Pulling strand, threading bulkheads, block outs, frames and dead man, and; cuts strand with grinder and places chucks on ends. - Placing and tying rebar, loops, stem and flange wire, chair flange wire, and places form and side plates. Prepares for pours. - Cleaning up around beds after members are stripped and dispose of trash, scrap wood, etc. - Performing miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor. Schedule - Shift start: 4:00AM or 2:00PM or 10:00PM - Shift length: 8 hours Requirements - Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration.
