glassybaby in Redmond is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Warehouse/Facilities Associate who wants to join a growing team. The Associate will perform all functions related to the Redmond warehouse and support the daily needs of the facilities in coordination with the Warehouse/Facility Manager. This position will require Saturday and Sunday shifts. Primary Duties: Review transfer requests through NetSuite to fulfill inventory requested by retail and web from warehouse inventory according to warehouse SOPs Ensure timely transport of new inventory production processed by QC to warehouse and move to appropriate bins and locations Maintain warehousing layout with proper placement of products and miscellaneous stock (ie non-votive / drinker / raw materials goods) as to keep the walkways and general areas clear and safe Pick-up and delivery of parts and equipment as needed Sweep warehouse floors as needed to keep clean and clear of miscellaneous debris. Conduct daily cycle count process Attend warehouse safety training and reviews Maintain glassybaby vehicles, ensuring maintenance, registration, and cleanliness Proactively adhere to glassybaby inventory policies, procedures, and accuracy standard of less than 2% variance Work as a proactive, supportive, self-directed team member, upholding a positive attitude Maintain warehouse security by ensuring gates and doors to inventory area are properly locked whenever warehouse operations are down Assist with moving and reconfiguring of furnishings, office systems and company goods on an as needed basis and when it is not disruptive to regular, daily warehouse functions (i.e. cannot delay transfer or store replenishment related activities). Self-starter and proactive; able to work independently without supervision. Ability to multitask, managing many different projects with varying degrees of urgency and frequent changes.
