Heavy Duty Garment/Clothing Rack Build

I looking for someone to build me 4 heavy duty Garment/Clothing Racks. The racks need to be on castors so they can roll around easily and have two levels of hanging rods. They should be about 8 feet wide with two 4 foot hanging areas and able to hang a couple hundred pounds of gear. See attached example drawing. The final product should be made of metal so that it's strong and have the detailed castor wheels for easy movement. Let me know what the price is per rack and when you can have them built by. You can either deliver them to me or I can come pick them up. I will be paying cash unless you prefer Venmo or Zelle.
