Become a warrior for MS. Looking for 10 volunteers to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis. You would be raising money from approximately 20 donors and recruiting others to take the challenge with you. This is a safe and healthy practice using the Wim Hoff breathing technique. Challenge is to take place on January 1, 2023 at Eben G Fine Park in Boulder. Water temp is roughly 30 degrees and challenge is to remain submerged for 3 minutes. For more information reply here.
