WANTED: Psychiatrist

I was just diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but I'm currently getting really poor quality of care. In addition to that, they keep canceling my appointments, and moving them forward, for example, they just rescheduled my appointment, now I have to wait at least 5 weeks for my next appointment, and I'm already in a really bad situation. By the time I get the care I actually need, I might end up homeless or dead. Plus, I also have type 1 diabetes, so homelessness plus type 1 diabetes basically equals death. Sorry to sound so pessimistic, but it's true. I'm hoping to find someone that could provide good quality psychiatric care. I have MedicAid health insurance. Let me know if you can help in any way.
