Sunshine - real numbers

I live off the grid and moving to OR. I have read 200 days a year, and up to 300 days a year of sunshine in Klamath falls... Weird thing as I am looking at whether there is not 1 day of sunshine this week. Are there the rainy, cloudy, snowy months? How many average days a year there is sunny? Trying to budget my solar and real numbers would help. Thank you
