western hognose snake and enclosure

Hello! I have a western hognose snake that’s roughly 3 years old! I’ll be honest, I’ve been kind of neglecting it recently, so I just really want it to go to someone who has some experience with snakes and knows how to take care of them! (Although hognose are pretty easy to care for!) I have it in an exo terra, I believe it’s the large wide exo terra, roughly 40 gallons, plus a large heat mat with a thermostat, I think like 3 hides and some decorations, and stand and feeding tongs, basically everything you need to have a snake! I would like to get maybe like $400 for all the supplies and everything, and the snake included in that? Maybe can negotiate a little? P.S the breeder I got it from said it was a female snake, however she is kinda small so she is possibly a male, who knows?
