Help getting 3 cats fixed

I really need help finding a vet or service that could help me get 3 female cats fixed with a payment plan. I can’t afford it but I really need to get them fixed so my partner stops being mad at them. I have contacted a few shelters and they all say they can’t help me because they are my cats and not strays.
