PLEASE DON'T LET COUNTY SHELTER KILL US! All 4 of us will die (be put to sleep) on 10/27. Why? – Sadly, we are struggling in our kennel and the shelter euthanizes "us" dogs not coping well. Watch all our videos in comments! We ask all of you to PLEASE: 1. Share this post (this will save their lives). 2. Go to meet one of these good adoptable dogs. They don't deserve to die because a non-caring person dumped them in a shelter. Read about each dog below, call , OR go directly to the East Shelter (2630 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Mesa, AZ 85201) to save 1 of their lives. They are all good loving dogs. SOLARA: #A4756743 (Dog friendly but may be selective) I’m a 2-year-old, spayed, black/white, Cattle Dog/ Black Lab / Pit Bull Terrier Mix (55 lbs.). I'm a Love Bug!! (see my videos) I was brought to the shelter by someone that found me. He said I was good with adults/children (2-8 yrs.) but didn’t get along with his female dogs. I’m very affectionate, give “kisses”, take treats gently, come when called, and love sitting on a lap and getting belly rubs. I know “sit” and “down”, good on-leash, and have shown no aggression towards other dogs. PORTOBELLO: #A4769955 (Dog Friendly) I’m a 3-year-old, neutered, black/white American Bulldog/Boxer Mix (54.5 lbs.). I came in as a stray....I waited, but my family never came for me....I’m super loving, wiggly, and attentive, lean in for pets and roll over for belly rubs. I’m fun, energetic, and walk with a moderate pull on-leash. I listen well, lie down when asked, “sit” for treats and take them nicely. OPIE: #A4783460 (Dog Friendly) I’m a 2-year-old, neutered, white/brown Treeing Walker Hound Mix (49.5 lbs.) Calm n Chill....that's me! I’m a stray dog whose family never came to find me. I’m a calm, sweet boy that listens well, enjoys petting, likes to be close, and takes treats nicely. I walk best on a harness, have been non-reactive to dogs, don’t mind getting bathed and roll over for belly rubs. JACK JACK: #A4783486 (Dog Friendly) I’m a 2-year-old, neutered, tri-color-Danish Swedish Farmdog / Australian Kelpie Mix (40 lbs.) I was found in parking lot! I’m loving and affectionate and like getting pets. I have lots of energy, will jump up for attention but easily corrected, can be grabby with treats, and may pull on-leash. I have interest in other dogs but non-reactive. A home with older children may be best for me. I’d love a backyard where I can run, play and do zoomies. PLEASE REMEMBER!! All these dogs have been living in a high-stress environment and will need time to de-stress and relax!! Unless noted above that there is an only dog requirement, it is possible that with a slow introduction, any could live with another dog.
