looking for volunteer or volunteers

Im a white male almost 80 yrs old with several health conditions, One is Spinal Stinious, I need help with some house cleaning, carrying in grocerys, changing the sheets, etc, I dont need help everyday, maybe two or three times a week I of course live alone with my two dogs, I dont do drugs, dont drink, dont smoke I have been searching the internet with no luck so I am giving this a try
