Taiji postures, training and explanation of Qigong practice. Not a mysterious thing, but a conscious exercise of based on science. Excellent low impact activity for older people and provides noticable health benefits. Walk ups are fine if I'm actually practicing at the park by the pavilion. Wear thin sole shoes and comfortable clothes.
