High Rise Condo is looking for a full time House-keeper / Light Maintenance person. Some duties include keeping common areas clean and dusted, washing large store front windows, cleaning restrooms, able to move commercial dumpsters & recycle bins, cleaning out dumpster rooms, mopping and buffing floors with the floor machines, light maintenance and more. Knowledge of basic tools would be helpful. Must be motivated, a self starter, team player, able to lift and move 65 lbs. or more and will take pride in your work. Hours are from 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday. Must have reliable transportation E-Mail resume and job experience
