Baker needed to make cookie dough

Looking for a talented baker to help me improve a cookie dough recipe and bake a few batches. I own a small business where I stamp custom messages on cookies. It's called Telegram Cookies (). So far, I've made the dough myself but I'm looking for better baking skills to take it to the next level. There are a few constraints, such as the dough needs to not melt for the lettering to stay readable but, beyond those, I'm open to new ideas, shapes, flavors, and methods that you'd like to experiment with. I imagine that we would meet in person and that you would prepare a few options. I would like it to be a friendly (and paid) way to collaborate that could lead to a recurring gig.
