Have 8 BendPak 4 post lifts (7k - 7.5k lift capacity) available for classic car storage for long term rental 16 cars total. 8 bay garage 12.5' ceilings, radiant heat, foam insulated and very private. Awesome storage space that is close and convenient. This is for storage only, no access to property during storage, no working on vehicles during storage. Drop off and pick up on date agreed upon, AGAIN not for working on vehicles or visits in between. Must provide proof of ownership and proof of insurance. Long term storage (6 month or more) base monthly $200 per month depending on size of vehicle 6'.5" x 18' long x 58" height, can accommodate taller. Can accommodate larger for $2 more a ft per month Short Term storage less than 6 months base price is $250 per month starting after Nov 1, discounted if prepay up front. Possibly can also store Motorcycles in Winter and snowmobiles in summer. 3 of the lifts are designed to store boats or trailers and are made for both car or boats, but only able to store 19' and under sized boats with low windshield on top lift but possibly longer under lift. I did have a 19' Lund Tyee that was 24' long on it. I believe Bass boats would fit. Boat storage min of $225 for space 9.6" wide x 18' foot long less than 60" tall. $2 ft charge for larger. Motorcycles $50 a month Summer storage for snowmobiles $50 per month sled only. Trailer (I believe a 4-place open trailer will fit) and sleds that fit in 9.5' x 18' less than 60" tall $225 per month.
