Construction Rental Company seeking Mechanic Earn $28.00+hr based on experience Essential Functions: • Replace brakes, gearboxes and other parts and assemblies and components to ensure trucks operate safely and in good condition throughout the life of the vehicle. • Complete truck inspections and perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting as needed and according to the manufacturer's requirements. • Maintain a clean and safe work area. • Follow all safety rules and wear personal protective equipment as required. • Perform other duties and tasks as instructed and assigned Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED certificate (GED). *Minimum 5 years Experience in the repair and maintenance of commercial trucks* We offer competitive hourly compensation and Medical, Dental & Vision benefits package, 401K plan, plus Safety Trimester and annual bonus opportunities including: • Safety Bonus Plan: up to $5,000.00 (based on the Safety bonus Plan) • Rising to success safety plan: up to $175.00 (based on Rising to Success Safety plan) • Family Oriented • Gift cards for going beyond regular duties • Monthly or Quarterly Potlucks based on success of the branch • Thanksgiving: Turkeys are handed out to ALL Employees • Holiday Gift card – $50 Gift cards are handed out to ALL employees • Employee of the Month Gift card - $100 • Years of Service Gift card – Value depends on years of service. • Dependent Scholarship Program • Employee Referral Bonus Please send resume for consideration
