raise and process your own small livestock
(chickens, turkeys, ducks, and rabbits) in
person.
This hands-on workshop includes humanely
slaughtering, dressing, and vacuum packaging
or shrink-wrapping your fully
processed animal.

November class schedules are as follows, on Sundays, from 9a-1p:
Chicken Workshop - 11/6
Rabbit Workshop -11/13
Turkey Workshop - 11/20
Duck Workshop - 11/27
Cost is $150 ($175 for Turkey Processing) per person, per class.
Discounts available for multiple classes when signed up at the same time.
Spaces are limited. I can host 5 people per small animal workshop, and 3 people per Turkey
Processing workshop. Classes are held on my own little homestead in NE Vancouver. BYOB (bring your own bird/bunny). If you don’t have one, we can discuss options!
