Full Job Description City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Construction Landscaper to join our expanding team in the Sacramento area! Responsibilities/ Essential Duties: -Responsible for using hand tools/power tools/ equipment to perform a wide range of landscape and irrigation duties -Install irrigation systems, trench and grade, Hunter irrigation timer, drainage installation, and repair -Irrigation-underground piping using PVC to install sprinkler heads -Install rock, concrete, Irrigation, and drainage installation and repair. -Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles -Ability to move soil, equipment, and materials, dig holes, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers -Work closely with Crew Leads and Managers in the installation of landscape construction projects Qualifications: -One year of former residential or commercial experience in Landscape Construction and Enhancement Landscape -Knowledge of plants and shrubs ID -Must have a valid clean driver’s license with clear MVR and current auto insurance coverage -Pass a background check, drug screening, and work physicals -Ability to work long, strenuous days outdoors and be able to lift 75 lbs. -Clean and neat appearance. -Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: -401(k) -Dental insurance -Health insurance -Paid time off -Referral program -Vision insurance Schedule: -8-hour shift -Day shift -Monday to Friday REQUIREMENTS: Enhancement: 1 year (Required) Operating a full-size truck: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road *PLEASE ATTACH RESUME WHEN INQUIRING ABOUT JOB OPPORTUNITY*
