Job Description HMW, an established 108 year-old production machine and fabrication shop located in Addison, TX is looking for a sheet metal grinder & assembly - hiring multiple positions Entry level position, minimal experience required, ability to learn quickly and work with your hands is all that is needed. Fork lift training will be given upon hiring. Small group of employees, easy to get along with, opportunity for growth, promotions, and training into different position(s) examples - welding, machining, quality control, etc. 10 Hour Shifts Mon-Fri 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Some Weekends) Paid Lunch and break(s) We pay time and a half (1.5) after 40 hours. Responsibilities and Duties Skill sets and Duties required but not limited to: - Able to lift at minimum 60 lbs -Ability to meet or exceed daily production quotas -Use of hand tools such as electric grinders and air tools -Ability to work well with others within various departments -Steel toe boots required Benefits 401k up to 4% matched & Profit sharing program* Health, dental, life, and vision insurance available after 60 days of employment.
