Self-Paced Online Jury Focus Group

First Court is looking for 14 fair minded people from Cook County, IL to participate in a brief online private trial. Our project is about a lawsuit, so we are looking for people in the area where the case originated who can give us their honest feedback on the facts of the case. We are paying $75 via PayPal or business check for completing a self-paced online trial that will take around 3-3.5 hours. If selected, you will be able to complete this self-paced online trial at your convenience within a 24 hour window between November 11-13th. In addition to the self-paced focus group, you will also be completing an online zoom deliberation. This will be held on Monday, November 14th from 1:00pm-4:00pm CT. The compensation for this portion is an additional $75 paid via PayPal or business check. The total payment for completing both parts of the project is $150. Selected participants must have access to the internet, a working webcam, and a Chrome or Firefox web browser (smartphones may work but our software is not specifically designed to support them).
