Need someone to remove tree branch to clear driveway

There is a tree near the driveway and one branch from the trunk which has smaller branches growing on it with leaves hits the roof of cars as you drive in and out of the driveway. We need that one branch to be removed together with all the leaves. Needs to be trimmed so 8 to 10 feet above the driveway is clear. See picture explaining the work to be done. It's not cutting a tree but rather just removing one low branch and whatever goes with it. Please quote price including removal and disposal of whatever is trimmed. Thanks
