trying to manage tooth pain and failing any ideas

I am sure this is a waist of time but for those of you who have ever suffered unbearable tooth pain, there comes a point where you try anything for relief. I can't get into the dentist untill next week since they are booked out this week. I'm not able to get any relief threw aspirin and such anymore. I'm a mom so money spent on urgent care to prescribe me more aspirin isn't gunna help me or my tight finances either. Don't know what else to do so I'm open for suggestions thanks.
