These are the assets that I'm looking for. 1) quite a bit of experience in concrete, you don't need to be a skilled finisher. 2) knowledgeable in the operation of mini excavator and bobcat and other assorted small machinery. 3) setting gravel, sand, etc on a perfect grade 4) must be able to read plans. $250 a day, I will pay in cash for the rest of this year. Other no brainer requirements would be, 8:00 to 4:30 m-f everyday on time, a reliable car for transportation, a valid driver's license, and, you ABSOLUTELY must live close to Niles, and that means within 15 minutes, I don't care if you enjoy driving, years of experience tells me that if you're any farther away than that you're a no-show, sorry
