Java Kai currently has two shops on Kauai with a third on the way. We also do substantial online and wholesale business. We love coffee and we love our work! Looking for like-minded peeps to join our team and grow with us! *Responsibilities* Supporting the Coffee Roasters in their day-to-day tasks Helping fulfill retail and wholesale coffee orders Maintaining an organized warehouse Moving heavy bags of coffee (with dollies, pallet jacks, and fork lift) *Qualifications* Able to work independently to meet weekly task goals Interested in working in and contributing to a team environment Able to lift 50 lbs Open-minded + This job is mostly a Monday - Friday job, with about 30 hours per week. The schedule can be very flexible, so it's ideal for someone with another job. No coffee or warehouse experience required! Looking more for people that are enjoyable to work around.
