Description
We're looking for someone who is available Monday-Sunday to clean and turn over several vacation rentals. Applicant must have prior experience in this area, willing to be flexible and have excellent communication skills. There are two houses- (one is 2 bedroom, 2 bath; the other is 3 bedroom, 1 bath). Both located in Hilo. Some days both properties would be required to be turned over in one day. Turnover time needs to be completed between 10am-3pm.
Responsibilities include:
Clean the whole unit,
wash, dry and change sheets and towels
Complete a deep cleaning of one area of the house each time (grout, windows, etc) so that the house is always sparkling clean
Restock paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, refill shampoo bottles, handwash, etc)
Report back any issues/damage to the property and inventory of materials so I can order more when required
There are some other minor needs we have as well, such as taking out garbage bins once per week, collecting our mail and receiving packages (when necessary).
