Looking for experts to install 3-tier concrete water fountain

I need an experienced team of experts to install a pre-cast, 3-tier (60 inches high and weighing 600-700 lbs), concrete water fountain in front yard of home in new subdivision "Sanctuary by the Lake" on Hwy 17 just south of Lake Alfred city limit. It takes 3-4 men to lift the fountain sections currently stored in the home garage. Underground wiring addition from house to fountain and irrigation water piping changes are involved. This is not a job for just a regular landscape contractor.
