Need three more musicians for paid gig Nov 1, possibly more in future

I am a double bassist and have a contracted gig on November 1 from 3:30 to 4:30pm to provide patriotic music for a worthy function. I need three other musicians that are strong readers and can pick up material fast, as we will probably only have one or two rehearsals. Right now I am working on the arrangements of the tunes but it will be easier stuff to put together. We will rehearse at my house in Shiloh. Email me back with a quick blurb about you, what you play, do you need hard copies of music or do you use a tablet, what nights are good to rehearse, and we will go from there. There are other gigs in the works and the next one might be on November 16th, but I do not want to get too far out in front of things. This is a fun opportunity to earn some money before the holidays, and there will be more opportunities in the future.
