Special needs cat!!

I have a 1-2 year old female cat that needs a loving forever home. She is special needs, she has cerabellar hypoplasia which means she wobbles when she walks and bobs her head around when sitting still. Besides that, she is a healthy girl. She is utd on vaccines and spayed. She is great with kids, other cats and dogs. She just wants all the love... I don't believe she can see very well because she does hiss and growl at you but is rubbing against your leg to get love at the same time... she has never once tried to bite or scratch... I don't think she can see very well so she doesn't know what is coming towards her.. she is the biggest love bug ever and it hurts my heart to have to find her a new home... she will come with everything I have for her. Food, litter box, bowls, litter. I'm asking a small rehoming fee of $30 to make sure she is going to a great home.
