Indie trio seeking lead/rhythm guitarist. Backup vocals / keys a plus but not required. Influences are Clash / police / strokes / smiths / oasis / stones / ramones / doors / QOTSA — majority of the set are melodic high energy rockers. Looking for a player who can write cool melodic solos and fill in between verses ( ala Johnny Marr / Noel Gallagher/ George Harrison / Nick Valensi ) Not really looking for a shredder, but def have some licks in your pocket. Tone is important, Josh Homme over Eddie Van Halen. Looking for someone to come in and learn current set as well as write new songs Rehearse once a week as full band. Plz send links with reply.
