Need mental/rehab help

I need help bad. My mental health has declined dramatically in the last few months. I have lost 30 pounds in 2 months. I have a daughter I need to be a good father for. I am desperate and just seeing if anyone else out the has been through it,cares, and would help me. I know wrong section to post but just trying anything to get help.
