I can fix almost anything….house/building related, mechanic/car work, simple to complex problems your facing. Or I will research and figure out how to fix it for you. I can do modifications to go-carts and mini bikes or similar UTVs. Previously owned a landscaping business. Previously ran a horse boarding facility. I can clean your gutters, manage all these fall leaves right now. I can do property management tasks. I manage two airbnbs currently.
