To start immediately: HIRING a CARPENTER AND LABOR NOW to finish some rehab work on an antique Cape I'm restoring. DETAILS OF EXTERIOR WORK (if you want 'em): - I have most of the materials on site, primed & painted - Trim out & install four custom wood 6-over-6 windows - Most of the framing is in the walls, but there is some to install - Build 2 custom exterior door frames with my composite jambs - Hang 2 exterior doors - Install Door Casings & Profile Moldings - Install water table - Install about 1000SF of clapboard - Extend roof to create an overhang - And more... On the INTERIOR of the house, we'll be hanging sheetrock, trimming windows, installing profile moldings, installing wainscoting, taking out a wall, adding another wall, hanging more doors, renovating two bathrooms, and opening up some cathedral ceilings.
