Square One Solutions is hiring for production associates to operate electric popcorn kettles in a snack production facility in South Reno. If you like popcorn then you will love this job, it always smells like delicious fresh popped corn! Employees are responsible for operating large popping kettles, accurately measuring ingredients, making adjustments to temperature settings, and monitoring the process until the batch is finished. Through training, employees will become comfortable operating a total of 6 kettles at one time. You will also be responsible for packing finished, sealed bags of popcorn into boxes at the end of the production line, and frequent sanitizing. This position provides regular and consistent working hours for employees all year round with frequent opportunities for overtime. Employees are hired permanently within 30 days of employment and begin enrollment for full health benefits including vision and dental insurance, as well as a 401k program with employer match after 120 days from date of hire. Graveyard Shift 11:00pm-7:30am Sunday-Thursday $19.50/hr Urine analysis drug test (THC is not tested) and full background check required.
