Site Foreman needed to oversee snow operations at a commercial facility. New Ford F350 pick-up truck with plow and sander provided. This is a seasonal, on-call position to work during winter events. Job Duties: * Successfully remove snow and ice from site. * Conduct site inspections and post season damage analysis. * Perform onsite training with the operators and labor. * Communicate with customer onsite to ensure highest satisfaction. * Ensure proper equipment, materials, and tools are onsite. * Ensure equipment is ready to be used for the following storm. * Available 24/7 for all snow and ice events. Requirements: • Managerial experience related to snow or landscape or construction • 1+ years of snow plow experience preferred • Basic understanding of Smartphone technology • Knowledge of site equipment used for snow removal • Hold current drivers license, accompanied by clean driving record • Enjoys working as a team onsite Principals only.
