Free Pet Rats and cage

2 female rats both about 1.5 years old. I no longer have the time or money to care for them and don’t know what to do! I just want them to go to a good home where they’ll be taken care of! I’m giving them both for free as well as a 3 tier cage! they are both extremely sweet and social but one of them does have a tumor which is common in female rats and usually harmless for them. One is a black dumbo and the other is a black/white fancy rat!
