Need a roofing contractor or company to come give bid on roofing job for SFH downtown Martinsburg WV. Owner will buy shingles and synthetic felt paper and any other materials. Replace old shingles with new. Some hips and valleys involved. MUST HAVE MARTINSBURG BUSINESS LICENSE to do this job. Probably about 12 squares total roof.
