We need a guy (or gal!) that can do it all! If you have extensive experience with demo, framing, general carpentry, "bridge" work - i.e. - installing shower pans and drains; door install; insulation and fireblock etc. We need someone that can be proactive, think about the next steps that need to be done and then get it done in an efficient manner with little to no supervision. Basically, we are looking for someone that can do everything from demo to general "utility" work between the demo stage and the finish stage. We are not currently looking for finishers.
