Join the Florida Association of Veteran Owned Businesses (FAVOB) as we LAUNCH the (NE FL Jacksonville/NW FL Panhandle) chapter! FAVOB is the only state-wide veteran business association singularly focused on helping the +187K veteran owned businesses in Florida THRIVE by growing their businesses. We are the recognized voice for Florida veteran business owners and intend to position Florida as the “state of choice” for veterans to own and operate a business. We are 400+ members strong with chapters in Orlando, the Space Coast, Greater Tampa Bay and now in NE Florida – Jacksonville and NW Florida – Panhandle. Thanks to our partner Veterans Florida, and local veteran business sponsors we will launch on the deck of the USS Orleck, Tuesday November 1st, at 10AM. Named after Lieutenant Joseph Orleck, Commanding Officer of USS Nauset, the USS Orleck is a Gearing Class Destroyer moored at the Jacksonville Naval Museum. East of the Main Street bridge at 203 E. Coastline Drive. Additional distinguished guests, local business and political leaders have been invited. In addition, FAVOB’s local and state-wide leadership team will be there to tell you how FAVOB helps veteran businesses across the state thrive.
