Description

Pejepscot History Center’s Séance Murder Mystery October 27, 28, 29, 2022 Skolfield-Whittier House, Park Row, Brunswick On the heels of last year’s wildly successful Live CLUE event, Pejepscot History Center invites you—if you dare!—to a spooky and entertaining interactive Victorian event, held in our world-class Park Row home museum. As one of 13 guests, take a seat at the Dining Room table—complete with cocktails and canapes—and take on a character while our séance conductor invokes the spirit of the deceased. Then compete against your tablemates as you set off to search for clues in the mansion’s various rooms. Your goal: discover who killed the dastardly Roger Stewart. The catch? It’s one of you! An actual close business associate of shipbuilder and ship captain, Alfred Skolfield, Stewart was also a slave owner from Mobile, Alabama. This connection is one of several ways the first generation of the Skolfield family was implicated in the slave economy. In this game, the character you adopt will be a real person associated with the family, but most of the details of their relationship to Stewart and the storyline are completely made up. Won’t you join us for a séance to solve who killed Roger Stewart and discover your place in crime? Sessions (approx. 60 minutes) at 4PM, 5:30PM, and 7PM for 13 guests each Limited to 13 guests per session. This is a 21+ event. Tickets: $25 PHC Members, $30 General Admission
